Mars: Mars

Mars: Mars is a 2D platformer that challenges you to very carefully jump from one platform to another. Going too far or coming up short isn't an option. Luckily, you're equipped with a jetpack that lets you adjust both the direction and speed of the fall slightly.

Controlling your astronaut isn't easy. Tapping the left or right side of the screen turns on your jetpack's left or right thrusters. Tapping both sides at once activates both thrusters and you can soften the fall. The main problem is that your jetpack has a very limited amount of fuel.

As you make your way across Mars you'll collect coins, which you can use to unlock new characters. The best part? Each of the ten characters you can unlock comes with its own setting. This means you can swap Mars and your astronaut for a caveman in the jungle, a diver in the middle of the ocean, and even Douglas Quaid from Total Recall.

Mars: Mars is an excellent platformer with simple gameplay that's a whole lot of fun, tons of different characters and settings to unlock, and outstanding graphics.
